Heat your oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and vanilla until silky smooth.

Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl.

Press first crescent sheet into 13x9 pan. Spread cheesecake mixture over it, then cover with second sheet.
