Classic Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 32 ounces cream cheese (4 packages), softened
02 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Crust & Topping

04 - 2 cans crescent roll sheets
05 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
07 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and vanilla until silky smooth.
02 - Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl.
03 - Press first crescent sheet into 13x9 pan. Spread cheesecake mixture over it, then cover with second sheet.
04 - Brush melted butter over top layer and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
05 - Bake 45 minutes until golden brown. Let cool at least 30 minutes before slicing.

01 - Use full-fat cream cheese for richest flavor
02 - Pinch seams well if using regular crescent rolls
