Smothered Chicken and Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 onion, chopped.
04 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped.
05 - 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup.
06 - 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup.
07 - 1 can (14 oz) chicken broth.
08 - 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked.
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Season chicken with spices.
03 - Brown chicken in oil, 2-3 minutes per side.
04 - Remove chicken, set aside.
05 - Sauté onion and pepper.
06 - Mix soups, broth, and rice.
07 - Layer vegetables in baking dish.
08 - Top with chicken.
09 - Pour soup-rice mixture over.
10 - Cover with foil.
11 - Bake for 60 minutes.
