Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken (Print Version)

01 - 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
03 - ½ tsp celery seed
04 - 1 tbsp onion powder
05 - ¼ tsp pepper
06 - 1 tsp salt
07 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
08 - 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (284ml each)
09 - 1 package cream cheese (250g/8oz), softened and cubed
10 - 1 tbsp chives, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
02 - In a small bowl, stir together Italian seasoning, celery seed, onion powder, pepper, salt, and garlic cloves. Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken.
03 - Pour the cans of cream of mushroom soup over the chicken.
04 - Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
05 - Shred the cooked chicken with two forks. Add the cream cheese and cook on HIGH for 1 hour.
06 - Stir the melted cream cheese to combine all ingredients. Sprinkle chopped chives on top and serve hot.
