Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Filling

01 - Boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - Diced onion
03 - Diced green chiles
04 - Green enchilada sauce

→ Seasonings

05 - Black pepper
06 - Slap Ya Mama seasoning
07 - Garlic salt
08 - Paprika
09 - Cumin
10 - Red pepper flakes

→ Assembly

11 - Three alarm or sharp cheddar cheese
12 - Monterey Jack cheese
13 - Sliced black olives
14 - Flour or corn tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Layer onions, chicken, seasonings, chiles, sauce in crockpot
02 - Cook high 3-4 or low 6-8 hours, then shred
03 - Heat tortillas in pan on both sides
04 - Add chicken, cheeses, olives to tortillas and roll
05 - Place in dish, top with sauce, cheese, olives
06 - Cover and bake 40 minutes, uncover until melty

# Notes:

01 - Can use flour or corn tortillas
02 - Warm tortillas for easy rolling
03 - Save some cheese for topping
