Skinny Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup pumpkin purée (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
02 - 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons nonfat or light soy milk
03 - 1 teaspoon Truvia
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1/16 teaspoon ground nutmeg
06 - 1/16 teaspoon ground ginger
07 - 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Add the pumpkin purée, soy milk, Truvia, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to a blender. Pulse until well combined.
02 - Add ice cubes to the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Any milk (1%, 2%, whole, almond, rice, etc.) may be used as a substitute.
