Soak scallops 10 minutes in salt water. Drain and dry on rack.

Boil pasta in salted water. Time it to finish with seafood.

Heat oil in hot pan. Sear dry scallops 1½ minutes, add shrimp, garlic and parsley.

Cook 2 minutes, flip, cook 1½ more minutes. Add wine and scrape pan.

Lower heat. Add butter to melt. Season with pepper and salt if needed.

Add drained pasta to pan with some pasta water. Mix gently and serve hot with lemon.
