Sausage Rolls Hot Honey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound sausage meat.
02 - ½ cup sharp cheddar.
03 - ½ cup panko crumbs.
04 - 2 eggs.
05 - 2 spoons dijon mustard.
06 - 1 spoon fresh thyme.
07 - 2 sheets puff pastry.
08 - 2 spoons bagel seasoning.
09 - Hot honey for drizzling.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Mix sausage, cheese, crumbs, 1 egg and thyme. Beat other egg for wash.
03 - Cut pastry sheets in half. Shape meat into ropes and place on pastry strips.
04 - Add mustard and egg wash to pastry edges. Roll up with seam down.
05 - Cut slits on top, slice into pieces. Add egg wash and seasoning.
06 - Cook 18-20 minutes until golden. Cool briefly then add honey and thyme.
