Sausage Hashbrown Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds ground pork sausage.
02 - 26 ounces frozen hashbrowns.
03 - 1 cup diced red bell pepper.
04 - 1/2 cup chopped green onion.
05 - 12 large eggs.
06 - 1 1/4 cups whole milk.
07 - 1 1/4 teaspoons salt.
08 - 3/4 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
02 - Brown sausage in skillet, breaking into pieces. Remove with slotted spoon.
03 - In same skillet, cook hashbrowns, peppers, and onions for 5 minutes until tender.
04 - Whisk eggs with milk and seasonings. Stir in cooked sausage, vegetables, and 2 cups cheese.
05 - Pour mixture into prepared pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 55 minutes until set.

02 - Rest 5 minutes before serving.
