# Ingredients:

→ Rice Base

01 - Cooked long-grain rice
02 - Sesame oil
03 - Chilli oil
04 - Soy sauce

→ Salad Components

05 - Chopped cooked chicken breasts
06 - Edamame beans
07 - Sliced scallions
08 - Diced cucumber
09 - Sesame seeds
10 - Fresh herbs (Thai basil, mint, cilantro)
11 - Crushed roasted peanuts
12 - Optional sliced red chilli

→ Peanut Satay Dressing

13 - Natural peanut butter
14 - Soy sauce
15 - Sesame oil
16 - Fish sauce
17 - Sweet chilli jam
18 - Water

# Instructions:

01 - Cool cooked rice in fridge 10 minutes on lined tray
02 - Mix with oils and soy, bake at 400°F 25-30 minutes
03 - Blend peanut butter with sauces, thin with water
04 - Mix vegetables, herbs, chicken, peanuts with rice and dressing
