# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound frozen meatballs.
02 - 1 packet brown gravy mix.
03 - 1 packet French onion soup mix.
04 - Water as needed.
05 - 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped.
06 - 1/2 cup butter.
07 - 1/2 cup milk.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - 1 pound carrots, sliced.
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
11 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
12 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the meatballs until browned.
02 - Mix the gravy and soup mixes with water.
03 - Simmer the meatballs in the sauce.
04 - Boil the chopped potatoes until tender.
05 - Mash the potatoes with butter, milk, and seasonings.
