Roasted Pepper Vodka Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 spoons butter.
02 - 1 small onion.
03 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes.
04 - 2 garlic cloves.
05 - 16 oz roasted peppers.
06 - ¼ cup vodka.
07 - ½ cup heavy cream.
08 - ½ cup parmesan cheese.
09 - Salt to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté onion in butter 5 minutes on medium heat.
02 - Add pepper flakes and garlic. Cook 1 minute.
03 - Lower heat. Add vodka and peppers. Cook 10-12 minutes.
04 - Add cream and cheese. Cook 2-3 minutes until warm. Season with salt.

01 - Can use with pasta.
02 - Good with seafood.
03 - Works with chicken.
