Ritz Cracker Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (Roasted Vegetable flavor recommended).
03 - 1/4 cup milk.
04 - 1 large egg.
05 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - Salt, to taste.
07 - Garlic pepper, to taste.
08 - 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup.
09 - 1/4 cup milk (for sauce).
10 - 2 tablespoons sour cream.
11 - 2 tablespoons butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Whisk together egg and 1/4 cup milk in a shallow dish. Place crushed Ritz crackers in another dish and shredded cheddar cheese in a third.
03 - Season chicken breasts with salt and garlic pepper.
04 - Dip each chicken breast in egg mixture, then press with shredded cheese, and finally coat with crushed Ritz crackers.
05 - Place coated chicken on prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
06 - Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Whisk until combined and heated through.
07 - Serve chicken hot with sauce poured over top.

# Notes:

01 - Roasted Vegetable flavor Ritz recommended but regular works too.
02 - Don't overcrowd baking pan to keep coating crispy.
