Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Whisk together egg and 1/4 cup milk in a shallow dish. Place crushed Ritz crackers in another dish and shredded cheddar cheese in a third.

Season chicken breasts with salt and garlic pepper.

Dip each chicken breast in egg mixture, then press with shredded cheese, and finally coat with crushed Ritz crackers.

Place coated chicken on prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until fully cooked.

Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Whisk until combined and heated through.
