Mix in the cooled cake mix, powdered sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.

Transfer mixture to plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Chill for 30 minutes until firm.

Roll the chilled cheese ball in mini chocolate chips, using plastic wrap to help if needed.
