Red Velvet Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¾ stick butter (85g).
02 - 1 cup white sugar (200g).
03 - ¼ cup brown sugar (55g).
04 - 3 whole eggs.
05 - 1 egg yolk.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
07 - ⅓ cup oil (72g).
08 - ¼ cup cocoa powder (25g).
09 - ¾ cup flour (90g).
10 - 1 spoon vinegar.
11 - 1 spoon cornstarch.
12 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
13 - ½ teaspoon red food color.
14 - 4 oz cream cheese.
15 - 4 cups powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Line 9-inch pan with parchment. Heat oven to 335°F. Melt butter.
02 - Whisk sugars and butter. Add eggs, yolk and vanilla without overmixing. Stir in oil and cocoa.
03 - Mix some batter with red coloring then combine back into main batter.
04 - Fold in flour, cornstarch and salt. Add vinegar and mix well.
05 - Pour in pan and bake 20-25 minutes until moist crumbs on tester. Cool completely.
06 - Beat butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Spread on cooled brownies.
