Line 9-inch pan with parchment. Heat oven to 335°F. Melt butter.

Whisk sugars and butter. Add eggs, yolk and vanilla without overmixing. Stir in oil and cocoa.

Mix some batter with red coloring then combine back into main batter.

Fold in flour, cornstarch and salt. Add vinegar and mix well.

Pour in pan and bake 20-25 minutes until moist crumbs on tester. Cool completely.

Beat butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Spread on cooled brownies.
