Cheesy Ranch Pretzel Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 ounce (1 packet) ranch seasoning mix
04 - 1/4 cup sour cream
05 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
06 - 4 green onions, diced (plus more for garnish)
07 - Pretzels for serving

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine your grated sharp cheddar, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning packet, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and diced green onions. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix everything together until it's well blended and creamy.
02 - If you're going the cold route, cover your bowl with plastic wrap and pop it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least two hours, though overnight is even better for letting all those flavors mingle and develop.
03 - If you're craving something warm and melty, transfer your dip mixture to a shallow baking dish. Bake it at 350°F for about 15-18 minutes until the cheese is all melted and the top gets a nice golden color.
04 - Whether warm from the oven or cool from the fridge, finish your dip with a sprinkle of extra diced green onions on top for color and fresh flavor. Serve with plenty of pretzels for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes great both hot or cold - perfect for any occasion
02 - Can be made up to 2 days ahead if serving cold
03 - Try serving with pretzel rods, pretzel crisps, or even fresh veggies
