Rinse raspberries and drain well. Let excess water drip off.

Mix butter, brown sugar, oats, flour, salt, and baking powder until clumpy.

Press ⅔ of mixture into greased 9x13-inch pan.

Mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.

Spread berry mixture over crust.

Sprinkle remaining crust mixture on top.

Cover with foil if top browns too fast.
