Raspberry Crumble Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup butter, room temperature.
02 - 1¼ cups brown sugar, packed.
03 - 1¼ cups quick oats.
04 - 1¾ cups all-purpose flour.
05 - ½ teaspoon salt.
06 - 1¼ teaspoons baking powder.
07 - 24 oz fresh or frozen raspberries.
08 - ½-1 cup granulated sugar.
09 - ¼ cup cornstarch.
10 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Rinse raspberries and drain well. Let excess water drip off.
03 - Mix butter, brown sugar, oats, flour, salt, and baking powder until clumpy.
04 - Press ⅔ of mixture into greased 9x13-inch pan.
05 - Mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
06 - Spread berry mixture over crust.
07 - Sprinkle remaining crust mixture on top.
08 - Bake 35-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
09 - Cover with foil if top browns too fast.
10 - Chill 1-2 hours before cutting.
