Raspberry Chocolate Tart (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups oreo crumbs.
02 - 6 spoons salted butter.
03 - 12 oz dark chocolate.
04 - 1¼ cups heavy cream.
05 - 2 pints fresh raspberries.
06 - Powdered sugar for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Mix oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into tart pan.
02 - Bake 8 minutes then cool completely.
03 - Put chopped chocolate in bowl. Heat cream until hot but not boiling and pour over chocolate.
04 - Let sit 4 minutes then stir until smooth. Pour into crust.
05 - Refrigerate 2 hours until set.
06 - Arrange raspberries on top. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps 3 days in fridge.
02 - Can freeze without berries.
03 - Add berries just before serving.
