Veggie Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1 cup sour cream.
03 - 1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing mix.
04 - 6 flour tortillas (8-inch).
05 - 3/4 cup broccoli, finely chopped.
06 - 3/4 cup cauliflower, finely chopped.
07 - 3/4 cup carrot, finely chopped.
08 - 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Mix in ranch seasoning.
02 - Spread ranch mixture evenly on each tortilla, covering edge to edge.
03 - Sprinkle chopped vegetables evenly over each tortilla.
04 - Tightly roll each tortilla into a log.
05 - Wrap each roll in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
06 - Cut into 1/2 to 1-inch pinwheels. Serve chilled.

01 - Can make up to 24 hours ahead.
02 - Chop vegetables very finely.
03 - Keep chilled until serving.
