Radiatore Pasta in Creamy Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10-12 oz radiatore pasta.
02 - 2 spoons olive oil.
03 - ½ onion, diced.
04 - 2 garlic cloves.
05 - 2½ spoons tomato paste.
06 - 1 teaspoon dried basil.
07 - ½ teaspoon salt.
08 - ⅓ teaspoon red pepper.
09 - 1 shot vodka.
10 - 1 cup heavy cream.
11 - ¾ cup parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta in salted water according to package, about 10-11 minutes.
02 - Sauté onions in oil 5 minutes until soft.
03 - Add tomato paste, garlic and seasonings. Cook 1-2 minutes.
04 - Add vodka and let evaporate. Pour in cream and simmer. Stir in cheese.
05 - Add cooked pasta to sauce. Thin with pasta water if needed.

# Notes:

01 - Salt pasta water well.
02 - Cook pasta al dente.
03 - Keeps 4 days in fridge.
