Boil pasta in salted water according to package, about 10-11 minutes.

Sauté onions in oil 5 minutes until soft.

Add tomato paste, garlic and seasonings. Cook 1-2 minutes.

Add vodka and let evaporate. Pour in cream and simmer. Stir in cheese.

Add cooked pasta to sauce. Thin with pasta water if needed.
