Quick Vegetable Beef Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
02 - 1 small onion, finely chopped.
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon dried basil.
05 - 1 1/4 cups beef broth.
06 - 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce.
07 - 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables.
08 - 1 1/2 cups frozen corn.
09 - 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce.
10 - 1 tablespoon molasses.

# Instructions:

01 - Set frozen vegetables on counter while preparing other ingredients.
02 - Brown ground beef with onion, garlic powder, and basil until no pink remains. Drain.
03 - Add broth, tomato sauce, vegetables, soy sauce, and molasses. Bring to boil.
04 - Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
