Large peeled, deveined shrimp (21-25 count)

Salted butter

Extra virgin olive oil

Fresh minced garlic

Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
# Instructions:

Remove tails if needed and pat shrimp dry

Melt butter with olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat

Add shrimp and garlic, cook until pink
04 -
Add Creole seasoning, stir to coat, serve hot
# Notes:

Shrimp can be thawed overnight or in cold water

Don't overcook - remove as soon as pink

Serve over rice or pasta
