Spicy Cajun Style Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Large peeled, deveined shrimp (21-25 count)
02 - Salted butter
03 - Extra virgin olive oil
04 - Fresh minced garlic
05 - Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Remove tails if needed and pat shrimp dry
02 - Melt butter with olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
03 - Add shrimp and garlic, cook until pink
04 - Add Creole seasoning, stir to coat, serve hot

# Notes:

01 - Shrimp can be thawed overnight or in cold water
02 - Don't overcook - remove as soon as pink
03 - Serve over rice or pasta
