Quark Snow Cake Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 egg
02 - 200g flour
03 - ½ packet baking powder
04 - 100g butter
05 - 80g sugar

→ Filling

06 - 250g sour cream
07 - 100g sugar
08 - 3 egg yolks
09 - 1 packet vanilla sugar
10 - 200ml whole milk
11 - 450g low-fat quark
12 - 1 packet vanilla pudding powder (cook type)
13 - A little oil

→ Meringue Topping

14 - 3 egg whites
15 - 40g sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 180°C (conventional).
02 - Knead the sugar, egg, flour, butter, and baking powder into a dough. Press it into a 26cm springform pan, creating a slight edge.
03 - Combine sour cream, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, milk, low-fat quark, vanilla pudding powder, and oil in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
04 - Pour the filling mixture over the dough in the pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
05 - Whisk egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form.
06 - Spread the meringue over the baked cake. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
