Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken.
02 - 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup.
03 - 8 ounces sour cream.
04 - 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning.
05 - 1 tablespoon poppy seeds.
06 - 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed.
07 - 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and poppy seeds in a bowl until well mixed. Spread evenly in dish.
03 - Mix crushed crackers with melted butter until crumbs are well coated. Sprinkle over chicken mixture.
04 - Place in oven for 18-20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

02 - Any cooked chicken works - rotisserie, canned, or homemade.
