Combine milk, evaporated milk, and white chocolate chips in saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring constantly until chocolate melts.

Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract. Add red food coloring gradually until desired pink shade achieved.

Wet rims of mugs. Dip in red crystal sprinkles. Pour hot chocolate into pitcher for easy serving.

Top with whipped cream and/or marshmallows. Sprinkle with Valentine sprinkles. Add heart candy for decoration.
