Pink Hot Chocolate (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup whole milk.
02 - 2 ounces evaporated milk.
03 - 10 ounces white chocolate chips.
04 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
05 - Red gel food coloring.
06 - Red crystal sprinkles (for rim).
07 - Mini marshmallows.
08 - Whipped topping.
09 - Valentine sprinkles.
10 - Heart candy.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine milk, evaporated milk, and white chocolate chips in saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring constantly until chocolate melts.
02 - Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract. Add red food coloring gradually until desired pink shade achieved.
03 - Wet rims of mugs. Dip in red crystal sprinkles. Pour hot chocolate into pitcher for easy serving.
04 - Top with whipped cream and/or marshmallows. Sprinkle with Valentine sprinkles. Add heart candy for decoration.

01 - Stir continuously while melting chocolate.
02 - Can keep warm in slow cooker for parties.
