tropical bundt cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box (15 oz) yellow cake mix.
02 - 1/2 cup butter, melted.
03 - 3/4 cup pineapple juice.
04 - 3 eggs.
05 - 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice.
06 - 3/4 cup pineapple juice (for glaze).
07 - 2 cups powdered sugar, divided.
08 - 1/4 cup butter (for glaze).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Grease bundt pan with baking spray.
03 - Mix cake mix, melted butter, and pineapple juice until smooth. Add eggs and crushed pineapple, mix well.
04 - Pour batter into pan.
05 - Bake for 35-40 minutes until done.
06 - Heat pineapple juice, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and butter in a saucepan.
07 - Simmer the mixture while stirring.
08 - When the cake is done, poke holes all over the cake.
09 - Pour 1/3 of the glaze over the warm cake.
10 - Cool cake for 15 minutes in the pan.
11 - Remove the cake from the pan.
12 - Add remaining powdered sugar to the glaze and brush the glaze over the entire cake.
13 - Cool to room temperature before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Use baking spray with flour for best results.
02 - Make sure cake is completely done before glazing.
