# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese.
02 - 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
03 - 12 slices pizza pepperoni.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Place one pepperoni slice in each cup of a non-stick muffin tin.
03 - Divide both cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over pepperoni slices, pressing down gently.
04 - Bake for 8 minutes until edges are crispy and brown but centers remain slightly soft.
05 - Let crisps cool in tin for 5 minutes before removing.
