PB Chocolate Chip Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 large egg

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
10 - 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Mix melted butter with peanut butter until smooth. Add sugars and mix until creamy.
02 - Beat in vanilla, egg, baking soda, and salt. Mix in flour until combined. Stir in chips.
03 - Scoop 2 tablespoon dough balls onto lined sheets. Chill 30 minutes.
04 - Press with fork, bake at 350°F for 8-12 minutes until lightly browned.

03 - Can freeze up to one month
