Peanut Butter Blossoms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 3/4 teaspoon baking soda.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
04 - 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter (JIF recommended).
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, very soft.
06 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar (for dough).
07 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling).
08 - 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar.
09 - 1 large egg, room temperature.
10 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
11 - 28 Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped and frozen.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
02 - Beat peanut butter, soft butter, 1/3 cup sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
03 - Mix in egg and vanilla until well combined.
04 - Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet mixture just until combined. Chill dough 1 hour.
05 - Roll dough into 1 1/2 tablespoon balls. Coat each in sugar and place on lined baking sheets.
06 - Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until edges are light golden. Press frozen kiss into each hot cookie.

# Notes:

01 - Chill dough at least 1 hour before baking.
02 - Freeze kisses to prevent melting.
03 - Keep unused dough cold between batches.
