Peaches Pie Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 tablespoons butter, softened.
02 - 2 cups granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
04 - 4 large eggs.
05 - 1 teaspoon lemon extract.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 3 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
09 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
11 - 4 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned).
12 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
13 - 4 tablespoons peach juice.
14 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10 pan with foil overhang, spray with cooking spray.
02 - Beat butter, sugar, salt until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then extracts and flour.
03 - Spread 3 cups dough in pan. Bake 15 minutes.
04 - Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla until fluffy. Spread over crust.
05 - Mix sugar, cornstarch, peach juice. Fold in peaches and spread over cream cheese.
06 - Drop remaining dough on top. Bake 35-40 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.

01 - Can use fresh, frozen, or canned peaches.
02 - Foil helps lift bars from pan.
03 - Cool completely before cutting.
