Passion Fruit Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin.
02 - 3 spoons water.
03 - 1⅓ cups cold heavy cream.
04 - 1 can sweetened condensed milk.
05 - 1 cup passion fruit pulp.
06 - 2 fresh passion fruits.
07 - ¼ cup sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix gelatin with water until hydrated. Microwave 30 seconds and let cool slightly.
02 - Blend cream, condensed milk, passion fruit and melted gelatin for 5 minutes.
03 - Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
04 - Cook fresh passion fruit pulp with sugar until thickened. Cool to room temperature.
05 - Top chilled mousse with passion fruit sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Can skip gelatin but will be looser.
02 - Can make 1-2 days ahead.
03 - Keeps 4-5 days in fridge.
04 - Can freeze up to 3 months.
