Mix gelatin with water until hydrated. Microwave 30 seconds and let cool slightly.

Blend cream, condensed milk, passion fruit and melted gelatin for 5 minutes.

Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Cook fresh passion fruit pulp with sugar until thickened. Cool to room temperature.

Top chilled mousse with passion fruit sauce.
