Cheesy One-Pot Broccoli Orzo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta and Vegetables

01 - Orzo pasta
02 - Fresh broccoli florets
03 - Fresh minced garlic

→ Liquids

04 - Vegetable broth
05 - Milk of choice
06 - Olive oil or butter

→ Cheese

07 - Shredded cheddar cheese
08 - Fresh grated Parmesan

→ Seasonings

09 - Salt and black pepper
10 - Paprika (optional)
11 - Red chili flakes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook garlic in oil until fragrant, then toast orzo for 2 minutes
02 - Add broth, simmer orzo for 5 minutes
03 - Mix in broccoli, cover and cook 5-7 minutes until pasta is tender
04 - Stir in milk, cheeses, and seasonings until melted and creamy
