Quick Tortellini with Sausage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 11 ounces Italian sausages, crumbled
02 - 3 cloves garlic, minced

→ Sauce

03 - 1/4 cup chicken broth
04 - 14 ounce can diced tomatoes with juices
05 - 1/2 cup heavy cream

→ Pasta & Vegetables

06 - 9 ounce package refrigerated cheese tortellini
07 - 2 cups fresh baby spinach
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Brown crumbled sausage over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat if needed.
02 - Add garlic, broth, tomatoes, cream, and tortellini. Cook uncovered 5-7 minutes until pasta is done.
03 - Stir in spinach until wilted. Season with salt and pepper, top with parmesan if desired.
