Oatmeal Energy Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups quick oats.
02 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
03 - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.
04 - 1/2 cup honey.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all ingredients in bowl. Stir by hand or mix with hand mixer on low speed.
02 - Use 1 tablespoon scoop to portion and roll into balls.
03 - Refrigerate 20 minutes if mixture is too sticky.
04 - Keep in covered container in refrigerator. Best served cold.

01 - Use regular peanut butter not natural.
02 - Spray measuring cup for easy honey removal.
03 - Chill before serving for best taste.
