No Bake Strawberry Eclair Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Layer

01 - Box of graham crackers
02 - Instant cheesecake pudding mix
03 - Cold whole milk
04 - Thawed whipped topping

→ Fruit Layer

05 - Fresh sliced strawberries

→ Topping

06 - Strawberry frosting

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick, fold in whipped topping
02 - Line pan with graham crackers, add half pudding mix, layer strawberries
03 - Add crackers, remaining pudding, more strawberries
04 - Cover with crackers, warm frosting until pourable, spread over top
05 - Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight

01 - Use cold milk for best results
02 - Slice strawberries evenly for neat layers
03 - Remove metal seal before warming frosting
