Peanut Butter Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup smooth peanut butter.
02 - 6 spoons soft butter.
03 - 2 cups powdered sugar.
04 - 16 oz chocolate bark.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir peanut butter and soft butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar bit by bit until it forms a dough.
02 - Cover the mix and put in fridge for a few hours until firm.
03 - Scoop 1-inch bits of dough and roll into balls. Put on a cookie sheet and freeze.
04 - Melt chocolate bark using a double boiler.
05 - Take balls from freezer, dip in melted chocolate, and place on wax paper to set.
06 - Once chocolate hardens, move to a sealed container.

# Notes:

01 - Don't use natural peanut butter - it's too oily.
02 - Add sprinkles or nuts while chocolate is wet.
03 - Keeps in fridge for 2 weeks.
04 - Can swap peanut butter with almond butter.
