No Bake Marshmallow Pumpkin Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 ounces large marshmallows.
02 - 1 cup pure pumpkin.
03 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
06 - 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed.
07 - 1 (6 oz) graham cracker crust.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat marshmallows, pumpkin, and spices over low heat, stirring until smooth.
02 - Transfer to bowl and cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
03 - Stir in Cool Whip until completely combined and lighter in color.
04 - Pour into crust, cover, and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.

# Notes:

01 - Can make 1-2 days ahead.
02 - Use pure pumpkin not pie filling.
03 - Add whipped topping just before serving.
