No Bake Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup (113g) salted butter.
02 - 1 3/4 cups (350g) granulated sugar.
03 - 1/3 cup (32g) unsweetened cocoa powder.
04 - 1/2 cup (120ml) milk.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 2/3 cup (160g) creamy peanut butter.
07 - 3 cups (275g) quick oats.

# Instructions:

01 - Line baking sheets with parchment or set out cupcake liners.
02 - Combine butter, sugar, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan.
03 - Heat over medium, stirring until it reaches a full boil.
04 - Let the mixture boil for 60 seconds without stirring.
05 - Remove the saucepan from the heat.
06 - Add vanilla, peanut butter, and oats and stir until well combined.
07 - Drop by 2 tablespoons onto prepared sheets.
08 - Let cookies set for 20-30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate to speed up setting.

01 - Must use quick oats, not old fashioned.
02 - Exact boiling time is important for the proper setting.
