# Instructions:

Whisk sugar, salt, cocoa, cornstarch with milk until thickened

Stir in vanilla and chocolate until smooth

Pour into ramekins, cool to room temp, chill 4 hours

Use torch, stovetop sugar, or broiler method just before serving
