Mini Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened.
02 - 12 slices white bread.
03 - 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese.
04 - 7 ounces Dubliner cheese.
05 - 2 cups tomato basil soup.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat skillet on medium heat.
02 - Butter bread slices, add both cheeses between slices, butter side out.
03 - Grill until golden brown on both sides and cheese melts.
04 - Let cool slightly, trim crusts and cut into 4-5 strips.
05 - Heat tomato soup and serve alongside sandwich strips.

# Notes:

01 - Best served right after cooking.
02 - Can use any melting cheese.
