Heat oven to 350°F. Process Oreos into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter.

Press 3 tablespoons crumb mixture into each of 8 mini tart pans, covering bottom and sides.

Bake 8 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

Heat cream until bubbles form at edges. Pour over chopped chocolate, let sit 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.

Pour ganache into cooled crusts. Smooth tops if needed.
