Mini Chocolate Tart Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 25 Oreo cookies.
02 - 8 tablespoons butter, melted.
03 - 8 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped.
04 - 8 ounces heavy whipping cream.
05 - Fresh berries for garnish.
06 - Chopped pistachios for garnish.
07 - Fresh mint for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Process Oreos into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter.
02 - Press 3 tablespoons crumb mixture into each of 8 mini tart pans, covering bottom and sides.
03 - Bake 8 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
04 - Heat cream until bubbles form at edges. Pour over chopped chocolate, let sit 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
05 - Pour ganache into cooled crusts. Smooth tops if needed.
06 - Let set 2-4 hours. Remove from pans and garnish before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Use quality dark chocolate for best results.
02 - Don't let cream boil.
03 - Add garnishes just before serving.
