Mini Cherry Cheesecakes

# Ingredients:

10 Oreos, crushed to crumbs.

2 spoons melted butter.

1 package cream cheese, soft.

2 spoons heavy cream.

1 large egg.

¼ cup white sugar.

2 teaspoons vanilla.

1 cup cherry pie filling.
# Instructions:

Heat oven to 325°F. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press a spoonful into each mini cheesecake cup.

Beat soft cream cheese until smooth. Mix in heavy cream, then egg, sugar and vanilla until creamy.

Pour filling into crusts, filling each about ¾ full. Bake 25 minutes until centers are set.

Let cool completely. Top with cherry filling. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
