Maple Garlic Pork Chops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup pure maple syrup.
02 - 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar.
03 - 1/4 cup dijon mustard.
04 - 5 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 4 boneless pork chops.
09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix maple syrup, vinegar, mustard, garlic, and seasonings in zip-top bag.
02 - Add pork chops to bag. Refrigerate 4-12 hours.
03 - Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
04 - Remove chops from marinade. Cook 5-6 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 145°F.

01 - Use pure maple syrup not pancake syrup.
02 - Can make extra marinade for serving.
