Lemon Snowball Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
03 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
04 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
05 - Zest of 1 lemon.
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
08 - Extra powdered sugar for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Cream butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
02 - Mix in lemon zest, juice and salt.
03 - Gradually mix in flour until soft dough forms.
04 - Roll into 1-inch balls and place on lined baking sheet.
05 - Cook at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until edges golden.
06 - Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar, then again when cool.

# Notes:

01 - Can add extra zest on top.
02 - Optional chilling time.
03 - Freezes well.
