Creamy Lemon Chicken Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
02 - Smoked paprika

→ Sauce

03 - Unsalted butter
04 - Fresh minced garlic
05 - Chicken broth
06 - Heavy cream
07 - Fresh grated Parmesan
08 - Fresh lemon juice

→ Additions

09 - Dried thyme
10 - Fresh baby spinach
11 - Salt and pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Season chicken with paprika, salt, pepper
02 - Brown chicken in butter both sides, about 3 minutes each
03 - Cook garlic in butter, add liquids and seasonings. Simmer until spinach wilts
04 - Return chicken to pot, roast 25-30 minutes until 165°F
