01 - Boneless rib eye steak

→ Marinade

02 - Grated pear
03 - Reduced sodium soy sauce
04 - Brown sugar
05 - Toasted sesame oil
06 - Minced garlic
07 - Fresh grated ginger
08 - Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)

→ Cooking

09 - Vegetable oil

→ Garnish

10 - Sliced green onions
11 - Toasted sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Freeze steak 30 minutes, slice thin across grain
02 - Mix marinade ingredients, combine with meat 2 hours to overnight
03 - Grill in batches 2-3 minutes per side until charred
04 - Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds

01 - Regular skillet works if no grill pan
