Pasta and Sausage Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Italian sausage meat
02 - Diced onion
03 - Minced garlic
04 - Diced red bell pepper

→ Liquids

05 - Fire roasted crushed tomatoes
06 - Beef broth

→ Pasta

07 - Rotini or fusilli pasta

→ Seasonings

08 - Italian seasoning
09 - Dried oregano
10 - Optional red pepper flakes
11 - Fresh basil

→ For Serving

12 - Grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Brown sausage and onions 7-10 minutes, drain excess fat
02 - Add garlic, then tomatoes, broth, pepper, and seasonings
03 - Add pasta when boiling, simmer covered 15 minutes
04 - Stir in basil, season to taste. Top with parmesan

01 - Cook pasta separately for leftovers
02 - Add broth if too thick
