Hong Kong French Toast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 6 pieces milk bread or white bread
02 - 4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
03 - 2 large eggs, beaten
04 - 1 cup vegetable oil

→ Toppings

05 - 2 tablespoons butter
06 - Sweetened condensed milk to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Spread peanut butter between bread slices making two triple-decker sandwiches. Remove crusts.
02 - Lightly coat sandwiches in beaten eggs, stand vertically while oil heats.
03 - Heat oil to 300°F. Fry all sides until golden - 30 seconds edges, 1-2 minutes flat sides.
04 - Top hot French toast with butter and drizzle with condensed milk.

02 - Different toppings work well
03 - Serve immediately while hot
