Mix chicken with cayenne, pepper, salt and lemon juice. Pierce with fork and marinate 1 hour to overnight.

Heat oil and sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Remove from pan.

Sauté garlic in same pan. Mix stock, honey, spices, lemon juice and zest, then add to pan.

Return chicken to pan, cover and cook 15-20 minutes, flipping once.

Add thyme and lemon slices. Simmer 5 minutes more.

Plate chicken with sauce, garnish with lemons and thyme.
