Easy Peanut Butter Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
02 - 1/3 cup powdered sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Chocolate Layer

04 - 2 1/2 cups chocolate melting wafers

# Instructions:

01 - Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
02 - Blend peanut butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Put in piping bag.
03 - Melt chocolate. Add 2 teaspoons to each liner bottom.
04 - Pipe peanut butter filling, then cover with 1 tablespoon melted chocolate each.
05 - Chill in fridge 1 hour until firm.

01 - Works with mini cupcake pan too
02 - Keeps in fridge in airtight container
03 - Can be frozen up to 6 months
