Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.

Blend peanut butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Put in piping bag.

Melt chocolate. Add 2 teaspoons to each liner bottom.

Pipe peanut butter filling, then cover with 1 tablespoon melted chocolate each.

Chill in fridge 1 hour until firm.
