Sift almond flour and sugar twice. Print heart templates.

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar to soft peaks. Add sugar slowly to stiff peaks.

Pipe hearts using template. Tap pan and pop bubbles. Let rest 45-60 minutes.

Bake at 315°F for 13 minutes until feet form. Cool completely.

Beat butter, sugar, cream and vanilla until smooth.

Pipe filling on half the cookies and sandwich. Refrigerate 1-2 days.
